All bookings are overseen by the owner of the business Russell. He has a history of the Licensing and service sector as his family owned and ran a hotel in the picturesque Ribble Valley. This experience was developed further when he gained a Honours Degree from Leeds University in 1984. Russell gained a thorough grounding in his cellar responsibilities from intensive specialist training with the Ingobrau Lager company.

Great care is taken by Russell to ensure each booking is dealt with in a personalised manner. He works very closely with each client so that detailed preparation is undertaken to ensure the smooth running of the event on the day.
